Inno Hospitality Collective are currently recruiting for a for a Full time Head Chef to join our team at The Commodore Inn, Grange-over-sands.
Situated on the edge of Morecambe Bay The Commodore Inn has recently undergone a refurbishment and now is the perfect time to introduce a new head chef and a fresh new menu to work alongside our friendly and enthusiastic team.
The Commodore Inn has a great reputation for food focusing on good quality, home cooked pub food and fresh seafood specials.
The ideal candidate will:
Work effectively with our management team
Work well under pressure during busy summer months
Have previous experience of working in a similar busy pub style kitchen
Be able and willing to work independently during quieter times without the need for supervision
Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and safety.
Lead and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Monitor food production processes to maintain quality and consistency.
Train and mentor kitchen team members, enhancing their culinary skills and hospitality knowledge.
Have high standards of cleanliness and experience in following good food hygiene practises
Be willing to work within a team who go over and above the expectations of the customers - always with the ethos that nothing is too much trouble.
Live in accommodation can be provided in the shared flat on site for the right candidate.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 17.00 per hour
