Head Chef
to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional cuisine in a refined fine dining setting.
What You'll Do
Lead the kitchen and oversee all aspects of food preparation and service
Create and deliver a menu showcasing modern French seafood cuisine
Train, inspire, and manage the brigade to the highest standards
Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers, focusing on seasonal and sustainable sourcing
Control costs, manage stock, and drive kitchen efficiency
Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
About You
Proven experience as Head Chef in a fine dining or Michelin-level restaurant
Expertise in French and seafood cuisine with strong creative flair
A natural leader with excellent organisational skills
Passion for innovation, quality, and guest experience
Calm and composed under pressure with strong attention to detail
What We Offer
