Head Chef

to lead our kitchen team and bring culinary flair to one of The Breakfast Group's most exciting venues.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing group with multiple venues across London, and to make your mark at a place known for its energy, style, and warm hospitality.


What we're looking for:A Head Chef with proven experience in a similar high-volume, quality-driven environment Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for fresh, seasonal produce and global flavours Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a dynamic team Excellent knowledge of classic and contemporary cooking techniques Creativity and confidence in contributing to menu development and new concepts Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of consistency, presentation, and food safety Calm under pressure with outstanding organisational and communication skills A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and guest experience

Let us transport you to a world of beautiful furnishings and flavours. We are open Tuesdays to Sundays, serving lunch, brunch and dinner. We are based on Bermondsey Street short walk from London Bridge Station and Borough Market.
