Head Chef
Job Description
We are an established and very busy gastro pub in Battersea and we are now looking to recruit energetic, bright and enthusiastic Head Chef. If you are looking for a new challenge this is the place to be. We operate during the lunch and dinner times, seven days a week. Previous experience in similar role is a must.
The successful applicant should:
- have a great passion for food,
- be enthusiastic about working in a busy kitchen with quality and fresh produce,
- ensure all financial procedures are ad heard (labour budget, stock control, GP targets),
- be reliable, punctual and hard working,
- be a good communicator - we are extremely fast paced venue and communication is a key,
- be an inspiring team leader.

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
