We are looking for a passionate, experienced Head Chef for a premium, sophisticated, modern French restaurant and cocktail bar, with a strong Parisian inspiration elevated by a contemporary London twist nestled in the heart of London's prestigious Mayfair district. Known for its elegant atmosphere, premium cocktails and the finest ingredients, it offers a vibrant yet refined experience.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for the next Head Chef with the following skills and experience:

A minimum of two years experience in high-end or fine dining restaurants. Experience in leading and training a team in a premium, ideally French restaurant. Menu autonomy and creativity with owner sign off Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and have an eye for detail. Must have been a Head Chef in fine dining environment for at least two year. Knowledge of menu costing, labour and back of house budgets. A passion for French cuisine and guest satisfaction. Strong communication skills and a polished approach. Can do attitude and a strong lead Reliable & able to work late evenings & weekends
