55,000 pro rata

28 days including bank holidays

Hours: 7 am - 4:30 pm

(There will be an expectation to attend events in the evenings and weekends)

Days: Any 5 out of 7

What We're Looking For:

Expert in menu planning, food production, and quality control Skilled in controlling costs & achieving financial targets Leader who motivates and trains kitchen staff Passionate about sustainability, local sourcing, and reducing food waste Committed to health & safety, hygiene, and staff wellbeing

Your Role:

Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring top standards & timely delivery Control budgets, reduce waste, and optimize resource use Lead, develop, and inspire our kitchen team Collaborate on menus, tastings, and event planning Uphold safety, hygiene, and environmental policies Support our mission to nourish communities and minimize environmental impact
