We're looking for a talented, reliable
Head Chef
to lead the kitchen at our respected 2 Rosette country pub with rooms. This is a hands-on role at the heart of a small, ambitious team focused on honest food, strong standards, and delivering a proper guest experience.
What's on offer:
40,000-43,000 salary
, depending on experience
Tronc/tips on top
(typically 2,000-4,000/year)
Achievable, target based bonus
of up to 5000 per year
48-hour week
, with a fair and consistent rota
The business is
currently closed two days per week

What we need from you:
2 Rosette-level experience (or higher) is essential
Solid GP and kitchen management skills - this is not just a cooking job
Calm, organised approach - no drama, just high standards
Passion for proper food, local sourcing, and leading a small team
