The Cheese Room is a well established and well loved restaurant in the heart of Rochester. We are a busy restaurant, for breakfast, lunch and dinner and are open for 6 days a week.
We are seeking an organised and passionate Head Chef or Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As the chef in charge during service, you will play a crucial role in supporting and managing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and safety. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and a commitment to culinary excellence to advance their career in a vibrant restaurant environment.
The role consists of five 7/8 hour shifts. You will work with the Exec chef and owner to put together new seasonal menus and specials and be part of a friendly and professional team.
