OUR EXPECTATIONS
Overseeing daily kitchen operations and food production.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
Participate in food preparation and cooking, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Help develop new menu items and specials that align with seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and best practices.
Monitor inventory levels, assisting with ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant environment.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising kitchen staff.
Proficient in food preparation techniques and culinary skills, with a passion for cooking.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy kitchen setting.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene standards.
A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality experiences.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
