Responsibilities

Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to ensure profitability.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor kitchen performance, making adjustments as necessary to enhance efficiency and quality.
Experience
Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, ideally with restaurant experience.
Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
Demonstrated supervisory experience, showcasing effective team management abilities.
In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
A background in kitchen operations, including experience in food production and serving.
