We are seeking a talented HeadChef to join our friendly team and work alongside our SousChef.

Our restaurant is situated in an idyllic setting next to the Somerset Coal canal just outside Bath. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in overseeing food production, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Duties:
- Work with the team creating and implementing menus
- Ensure food safety standards are met throughout all stages of food production
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes consistently
- Maintain an organised and clean kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proficient in all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
