Our client is a glamorous fine dining restaurant in the heart of Mayfair. They are now seeking an accomplished Head Chef to lead the kitchen as the business enters a new chapter. With a strong reputation for refined service and elegant cooking, this is an exceptional opportunity for a Head Chef with a Mediterranean background and strong classical French foundations.
The restaurant operates at a high level, catering for up to 250 covers per evening, including private dining, and is supported by a skilled brigade of 15 to 17 chefs. Experience working within Mayfair in a luxury dining environment is essential for this role.

Responsibilities as the Head Chef...

• Leading the kitchen team across all services, including private dining
• Delivering refined Mediterranean-led menus with strong French technique
• Maintaining consistency and precision during high-volume evening services
• Managing kitchen operations, standards and team performance
• Working closely with senior management to uphold the restaurant's reputation

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Have proven experience as a Head Chef in a fine dining or luxury restaurant
• Bring a strong Mediterranean background supported by classical French training
• Are confident managing large teams and high cover counts
• Have experience working in Mayfair
• Lead from the front and thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment
