Duties

Supervise food production processes to maintain high standards of quality and safety. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards within the kitchen. Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills and teamwork. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen budgets effectively. Assist in cooking during peak service times to support the team as needed.
