We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and culinary arts, with a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. The chef must have a knowledge of Mediterranean and African dishes including superb control of the grill. As a Chef, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensure food safety standards are met, and lead a team of kitchen staff in creating delicious and visually appealing dishes.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient food production.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and trends.
Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to maintain stock.
Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety protocols, and kitchen procedures.
Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised, and compliant with health regulations.
