Duties
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure top-quality dishes are consistently delivered.
Lead menu planning and development, focusing on innovative pizza offerings and diverse culinary options that appeal to a broad clientele.
Supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support personnel, fostering teamwork and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Manage inventory control and food production processes to minimize waste while ensuring availability of ingredients for daily service.
Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless food service during peak hours and special events such as banquets or catering functions.
Enforce strict adherence to health regulations, safety protocols, and dietary requirements to guarantee a safe dining environment for guests and staff alike.
Oversee, including scheduling, training new team members, and maintaining a motivated workforce committed to excellence.
Skills
Extensive culinary experience with a focus on pizza making.
Proven supervising experience in fast-paced restaurant or hospitality settings.
Strong background in food industry standards including food safety, handling, and hygiene practices.
Exceptional team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff effectively.
Expertise in inventory management, cost control, and food production processes.
Experience in banquet service, catering operations, and large-scale food service management.
Excellent menu planning skills with an eye for innovation and customer preferences.
