Your Role



Depending on your experience, you will:

Assist with food preparation, service, and presentation Bring creativity and passion to developing menus and daily specials Be full of ideas for our specials board and confident in sending out the most amazing Sunday roasts Help shape and grow the kitchen team as it develops Maintain impeccable food quality, consistency, and compliance standards Be fully clued up on allergens, dietary requirements, HACCP, and due diligence Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences Contribute to managing stock, costs, and kitchen operations
