We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Assistant Manager to join our team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various venues, including event venues and luxury glamping pods! This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Duties

Ensure the team is performing thorough cleaning of various venues and areas Organising the team Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively Completing Rotas, Administration, Spreadsheets and Diaries Provide excellent customer service by conversing to clients courteously to ensure their needs are met Assist with additional tasks as required.

Skills

Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory/management is preferred Administration and organisational experience is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Due to the various venues, driving and owning your own car is essential to this role. Computer savvy, and have an understanding of Google based document and email services. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and flexibility in tasks.
As we work in many different venues, this role needs you to be available for most weekends. We need you to be flexible in your working hours, as the hours can vary week to week - both the times, and the amount of hours.
