NMH Ferdinand Collective - Head Coach Opportunity

NMH Ferdinand Collective are looking for a Head Coach to work across Staffordshire and Cheshire.

We are looking to open multiple venues across a few regions and are looking for someone to help us instil a clear schedule of work and ensure that our coaching philosophy is consistently delivered. You will be responsible for visiting new venues, supporting coaches, and making sure children are receiving a high standard of coaching.

This role will also involve working closely with us to build and deliver a variety of projects within our facilities across Staffordshire and Cheshire.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee coaching programmes across multiple venues Ensure our coaching philosophy and standards are consistently applied Support and mentor coaching staff to deliver high-quality sessions Assist with player development pathways, including grassroots to elite-level opportunities Help grow participation and engagement within the community

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 30.00-48.83 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 10 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Stoke-on-Trent ST1 6LG
