Baby Ballers - Where football meets Learning, Play and Confidence
We are looking for an outstanding Head Coach to lead our fun, energetic, football based learning sessions for babies, toddlers and pre-school children (16months-5years).
This is not a traditional football coaching role. At BabyBallers we use football as a Framework for Learning, Movement and Development through Play. Sessions are lively, imaginative, and engaging, helping children build confidence, co-ordination and key skills while having fun.
Our sessions combine football activities with learning concepts such as:
-Colours, Numbers & Shapes
-Balance, Throwing, Movement and Co-Ordination
-Big Kicks, Small Kicks and Ball Familiarity
-Listening, Turn Taking and Confidence
Everything we do is playful, positive and age appropriate, creating an exciting first experience of football and group activities.
Responsibilities & Must Haves:
-Delivering high quality sessions
-Representing Baby Ballers West Malling with energy and professionalism
-Communicate confidently with children, parents and carers
-Use initiate along with creativity to keep sessions engaging
-Be quick thinking and adaptable
-Work closely and professionally with the Assistant Coach
-Always bring high energy, volume and positivity to each session
-Being responsible for all equipment and kit alike
-Setting up and clearing down the sessions each week, leaving the space clean, tidy and the building locked
-Taking an accurate register of attendance

Pay: 14.00-18.00 per hour
