to join our dynamic team in an extremely high end development.

Location:

London, W11

Annual Salary:

35,000

Hours/Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

What You'll Be Doing:

Welcome and Assist:

Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests.

Problem-Solving:

Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate concerns as needed.

Building Management:

Supporting the Building manager with duties as and when required as well as being the senior member of staff on site in their absence.

Team Management:

Responsible for supporting, overseeing and managing the work of the Concierge, Maintenance, Cleaners and other on site staff/contractors.

Security:

Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.

Parcel Management:

Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring a smooth communication and pick up.

Maintain Presentation:

Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.

Safety Checks:

Looking out for H&S hazards on site patrol, Assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.

Local Knowledge:

Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents' experience.

What You'll Bring:

Experience as a Head Concierge (or equivalent) in the residential industry is highly advantageous but experience as a Concierge in the residential property industry is essential. Experience in a Luxury Hotel/Residential Development is advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential. A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.
