Head Dental Nurse

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Senior Nurse who is ready to take on additional responsibilities and has the ambition to progress into a Practice Manager role. Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients while ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols.

Mentor and support junior nursing staff, fostering a culture of learning and development.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Take on leadership responsibilities, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Assist in the management of budgets and resources.

Act as a liaison between patients, families, and medical staff to enhance communication and care delivery.

Participate in quality improvement and contribute to policy development.

Qualifications:

Current GDC registration.

Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience, with a focus on patient experience and growth

Proven leadership skills and experience in a supervisory role is a plus.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desire to take on additional responsibilities and grow into a management role.
