Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support the nursing team to deliver outstanding clinical care Ensure full CQC compliance and uphold the highest infection control standards Support with recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new nursing staff Work closely with the Practice Manager and clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations Provide chairside assistance across cosmetic, restorative, and surgical procedures

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an

experienced, GDC-registered Dental Nurse

who:

Thrives in a leadership role, coaching and guiding others to perform at their best Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and loves keeping operations running smoothly Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining CQC compliance Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, can-do attitude
