Head Door Supervisor
to join our growing team. We provide security services to a wide range of high-profile venues and national chains across the North East, and we're looking for professionals who can take charge and set the standard.

About the Role:
As a
Head Door Supervisor
, you will be responsible for leading a team of door supervisors in a busy and dynamic venue. This is a
hands-on leadership role
requiring excellent people management skills, communication, and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading by example at all times
Supervising and coordinating door staff across shifts
Liaising with venue management, police, and local licensing authorities
Conducting staff training and mentoring new team members
Completing shift paperwork and relevant admin duties
Attending local Pubwatch meetings when required
Ensuring high levels of customer service and safety
Essential Requirements:
A minimum of
3 years' experience
leading a team within the security or nightlife industry (proof required at interview)* Valid
SIA Door Supervisor Licence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident and professional in dealing with the public and authority figures
Well-presented and highly reliable
Able to remain calm and in control under pressure
Must be available
Friday and Saturday nights
Checkable
5-year employment history
