We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Football Coach to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering session plans at a high standard. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about football coaching and young children's development.
Duties
Deliver training sessions to a high standard tailored to 18 months to 9 years
Collaborate with other coaches, staff, and parents to support player growth and well-being
Ensure the safety of all children during sessions
Ensure equipment is kept in good condition
Requirements
Proven experience in sports coaching, preferably within football or similar team sports
Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate effectively with players of all ages
Passionate about development and fostering a positive sporting environment
Ability to motivate and inspire young children to achieve their potential
Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are desirable but not essential for entry-level candidates
A commitment to promoting fair play, safety, and inclusivity within the team environment
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: 15.00-25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 - 4 per week
Work Location: In person
