Overview

Are you passionate about creating and maintaining attractive outdoor spaces? We're seeking a Head Groundsman / Gardener to take charge of grounds maintenance at Newbury's most prestigious business park.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a dedicated team of 3. Liaise directly with our client to agree weekly/monthly priorities and ensure expectations are exceeded. Maintain pristine turf areas and demonstrate strong plant knowledge across the site.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in turf care and general grounds maintenance. Solid plant knowledge and a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills to manage team and client relationships effectively. Good IT skills for scheduling, reporting, and client communications.

Qualifications:

PA1, PA2 and PA6 certification Full, current, driving licence Horticulture qualifications (desirable)
