Job Description
Head Herdsperson on a 320 cow autumn block calved grass based system.
Benefits:
3 double bed barn conversion council tax paid on site or one bedroom flat. Good local schools.
Modern facilities with auto ID 20-40 parlour, ADF , Cattle eye lameness monitoring and auto drafting.
Well invested farm with most tasks carried out in house except lifting silage.
11 day fortnight rota including every other weekend off.
Working with the owner as a team of 4 full time .
28 days paid holiday including bank holidays
