We're searching for a Head Host to join our team at The Blues Kitchen.

What You'll be Doing:

Welcome every guest with warmth and grace, creating an exceptional first impression Manage reservations and waitlists smoothly to ensure an efficient flow of service Handle guest enquiries and special requests with care and attention to details Support and mentor the host team, leading by example Work closely with management and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a guest-facing role Comfortable in a fast-paced, late-night setting Strong communication and organisation skills Friendly, reliable, and professional Keen to grow within a hospitality-focused team

What to expect:

Competitive Pay: 12.50 per hour plus tronc (total package usually in the range of 15-17 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc is paid on the last Friday of the month. The Blues Kitchen is a lively bar, restaurant and music venue meaning our teams work a variety of daytime and evening shifts over the course of the week. No uniforms here - bring your best self.
