Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper to support the housekeeping operations at our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness and tidiness in all guest rooms and public areas, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
We are looking for someone to join the Durley Dean team that has a can do attitude, be hard working, smartly dressed and preferably have experience of the hotel industry.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive head housekeeper with all requirements of a busy department
- Manage the department in the abscence of the Executive head housekeeper
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including allocating tasks and monitoring performance
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Implement health and safety procedures to maintain a safe environment
- Conduct regular audits to maintain quality control
-Manage, plan and monitor all linen/laundry requirements daily
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel setting
- Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
