Requirements:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Flexibility to cover shifts when needed (e.g. sickness, holidays).

Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage the housekeeping team, providing strong leadership to the housekeeping team, ensuring top-notch service standards. Perform tasks with full consideration for the comfort, security, and sensitivity of our residents. Maintain and ensure staff compliance with health and safety and COSHH legal requirements. Manage rotas and ensure correct team member levels are on shift at all times. Order cleaning and consumable supplies within budget. Provide hands-on support with housekeeping and laundry activities when required. Foster positive working relationships with colleagues, residents, and visitors to the home.
