Boutique Hotel Group owns three luxury hotels and wedding venues set in the heart of the Cheshire countryside. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic

Head Housekeeper

to join our team at

Inglewood Manor.

As Head Housekeeper, you will be expected to lead the team in delivering high levels of cleanliness throughout all areas of the hotel. You must have strong leadership skills and a hands on approach.

Reporting to the Hotel Manager your main duties will include:

Leading and developing the housekeeping team.

Ensure the smooth running of the department.

Ensuring high levels of cleanliness are delivered to company standards

Working closely with the maintenance team to ensure all areas are well maintained and in good working order.

Ensuring all company procedures and guidelines are followed.

Managing payroll and expenditure in line with departmental budget

Complying with all company Health and Safety, including COSHH and manual Handling.

Covering Duty Manager Shifts in the hotel.

The ideal candidate should have:

Previous experience as a Head Housekeeper or Deputy Head Housekeeper as a minimum.

Excellent Management and Leadership Skills.

Good organisational skills.

Effective written and verbal communication.

You must be eligible to live and work in the United Kingdom.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 29,000.00 per year
