Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day housekeeping operations across the holiday park
Lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping team
Ensure all accommodation is cleaned and prepared to a high standard for guest arrivals
Manage rotas, staffing levels, and holiday cover
Carry out regular inspections to maintain quality standards
Order and manage cleaning supplies and linen stock
Ensure compliance with health & safety and hygiene regulations
Work closely with reception and management teams to meet guest needs
About You
Previous experience in housekeeping supervision or management (hospitality or holiday park preferred)
Strong leadership and organisational skills
High attention to detail and pride in maintaining standards
Able to work weekends, peak seasons, and changeover days
Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
