, in Armley, Leeds. Fernside House will provide a safe and supportive home for men with enduring mental health needs, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to person-centred, recovery-focused care.
This is an incredibly varied and rewarding role where you will lead by example, ensuring our service maintains the highest cleanliness, hygiene, and catering standards.

Your Role as a Head Housekeeper:
Supervising and supporting the housekeeping team to create a seamless and efficient service.
Ensuring all cleaning and infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe and welcoming home environment.
Managing stock levels, placing orders, and conducting monthly stock checks.
Creating rotas and carrying out staff supervisions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Upholding the highest Health & Safety, COSHH, and hygiene standards.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a highly organised and proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Our ideal candidate will have:
Experience in housekeeping within a health and social care setting.
A strong understanding of managing a team, supervision, and rota planning.
Knowledge of stock ordering, control, and compliance.
A passion for creating a homely environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
