We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Hunter to lead our team with strategic vision and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding prime candidates for the UK real estate team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence organisational growth through innovative leadership and effective stakeholder engagement. The Head Hunter will play a pivotal role in hiring agents to join our fast growing UK team. You will be approaching real estate agents from other companies to discuss the benefits of working for the company.

Duties

Approaching real estate agents from competitor agencies Identifying and speaking with prime / top-performing agents Showcasing the company brand, culture, and career benefits Explaining why the company is a better opportunity Handling initial meetings and qualification calls Discussing opportunities and expectations with candidates Handover of qualified candidates to the Head of Recruitment

Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly across diverse audiences. Extensive knowledge of real estate and recruitment within the UK. Demonstrated ability in relationship management with potential candidates. Proficiency in human resources practices within a corporate environment. Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills Comfortable approaching senior and established agents Results-driven and proactive mindset Experience in recruitment or real estate is desirable Professional, polished and well presented
