Clarence George is a bespoke Insurance & Investment Solutions recruitment search firm based in central London. We specialise in sourcing quantitative talent within financial services (Insurance, Reinsurance, Retirement Solutions, Consultancy, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity and FinTech).

The Role

We are looking to recruit a trainee head-hunter for the Newry office. This will offer a unique opportunity to live and work in the Newry area and obtain a London career with the commensurate earning potential.

Initially, the role will be offered on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) / Internship basis, and it is important to note that the successful candidate may be required to work some periods in London (travel costs will be covered). We offer a fast-paced work environment where innovation and drive to be market leaders are at the core of our success. Full mentoring and training will be provided.

Requirements

Excellent academic background (ideally min 2:1 degree classification) but will also consider a bright school leaver who has a demonstrable desire and ability to succeed Competitive spirit, with strong achievements in areas outside of academia Entrepreneurially inclined and ambitious, looking to become a senior leader or future business owner Keen interest in business and finance. Ideally with some experience in (or a strong desire to learn) investing in stocks & shares, property/real estate, precious metals or digital assets (cryptocurrency) Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail Ability to take the initiative and teamwork orientated

Potential Candidate Profile

School leaver who does not wish to pursue university and the debt that it involves University student who wants gap year work experience Someone who has worked in a professional services B2B environment and would like a change of career (this could be a permanent position straight away for the right individual)*

Pay: 25,000.00-125,000.00 per year
