to join our Kitchen Team, leading our Kitchen Porter Team.

Our kitchen team are a motivated, friendly team who prepare a wide range of meals for our members and guests, as well as our staff Chefs and kitchen assistants work together to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Head Kitchen Porter to help lead our team of Kitchen Porters. This is hands on role in the Kitchen. The right candidate will compliment our kitchen porter team and be motivated and dedicated to look after our kitchen and back of house areas ensuring with the rest of the kitchen team to keep them looking spotless and tidy and adhering to the highest standards of food and health and safety standards Our Kitchen Assistants are an integral part of the culinary team, helping our chefs to deliver fabulous food. You will play a key role in the smooth running of the department, supporting our chefs by keeping the kitchen spotlessly clean, operating the dishwasher, storing food deliveries, as well as assisting with vegetable preparation and staff catering. Assisting with rotas, training as a Head Kitchen Porter. Supervisor skills required in order to lead a team.
We are looking for someone who can take on the responsibility of a Head Kitchen Porter.

We are looking for someone who can work 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm in the evening and weekend shifts. There may be some shifts that could be varying times to cover our levels of business.
