About the Role
As the Head of Account Growth, you'll lead Acuity Pricing's Commercial division and drive our financial goals to support our ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Development
Lead, inspire, and develop the commercial team to exceed revenue targets through key account growth
Implement effective processes and working styles to support Account Directors in developing their accounts
Enhance the team's key knowledge and identify opportunities for commercial growth
Serve as a primary escalation point and represent the commercial team
Strategic Growth and Revenue Management
Oversee all revenue related to client renewals and upsells
Develop and execute strategies to drive annual income growth
Ensure accurate sales performance reporting using our suite of systems, including Hubspot
Team and Culture Building
Recruit, retain, and develop a diverse and excellent sales and account team
Foster ongoing professional development and inspiration within the team
Collaborate with Operations and Platform teams to drive the brand forward
Create a high-performance, dynamic, and inclusive culture
Client Relations
Demonstrate customer-centric leadership
Build and maintain sustainable client relationships
Qualifications

Proficiency in sales performance reporting and forecasting

Proven track record with high growth long-term accounts.
Ideal experience working in a B2B company ideally with a client set of retailers or FCMP brands.
Experienced sales skills coach and leading teams through complex sales and renewal cycles.
Experienced at leading experienced sales and account management staff and building cross departmental alliances to create success.
Track record on innovation in sales, adopting sales methodologies and crafting bespoke client solutions acting as the conduit between product and our clients and our internal teams to develop new products.
Excellent knowledge of Hubspot, linkedin sales navigator, and use of powerpoint, excel, word and slack to build effective communications, reports and presentations.
We like focused people who cut out the noise and get the job done and know what to focus on to make the difference.
We have a small tight team where trust is key- we aim to be open, clear and transparent and encourage all to take Ownership.
