We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead our partners Accountancy & Finance Division. This is a permanent role based in stunning London offices

Duties of the role

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the finance and accountancy sector. Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client portfolio. Consult with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for finance and accountancy roles. Build and maintain a network of top-tier talent within the industry. Provide candidates with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions. Analyse competitor activity and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. Contribute to the development of market intelligence reports. Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and best practices. Support and mentor junior members of the recruitment team. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Lead/Manager with a focus on Finance and Accountancy roles. In-depth knowledge of the finance and accountancy sector, including market trends and key players. Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to cultivate new business. Strong networking and creative approach to engaging clients and candidates Demonstrable skills in developing and maintaining resilient client relationships with senior leaders and influencers Experience in developing new business and new products Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and online resources e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn

Pay: Up to 70,000.00 per year
