The role of Head Of Technologies is a key thought leader role in our growing Advanced Materials capability, where we are working on the developments of world leading science and engineering for our International Client base. We are developing and growing a National Centre of Excellence for Advanced Ceramics - resourced with a superb array of world leading equipment - and talented people.



You will have considerable industrial experience post your second degree, in a science / engineering discipline. A People and Thought leader, with a superb mix of curiosity and communication skills, supported by your strong practical abilities in the sciences that you are passionate about.



A specialist subject and experience in CMC's; Materials for Harsh Environments; Ultra High Temperature Ceramics; Ceramics 3d printing and / or other challenging but in demand technologies.



You would work as part of a small but agile management team, with a growing responsibility for business as well as technical matters in the company. Experience in, and a desire for engaging with the technical and commercial seniors in our clients, leading them to see your and our insights into the future.
