Head of Aftersales
to lead our Customer Service, Warranty and Aftersales Operations at our head office in Hinckley. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company where your leadership and strategic vision will make a real impact.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Aftersales function with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Oversee warranty spend, identifying opportunities for cost control and efficiency. Drive operational improvements and streamline aftersales processes. Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the ownership journey.
What We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience within the automotive aftersales sector. Strong understanding of warranty processes and customer satisfaction strategies. A proactive and analytical approach to managing performance and spend. Excellent communication and team management skills.
