Company client\'s Actuarial Recruitment team has teamed up with a UK-based consolidator of Life & Pensions businesses to help them grow their Bulk Annuity Team. The business has been growing rapidly over recent years, with an average of 1 acquisition every year for the past decade, and the next step for this business is to enter the Bulk Annuity space.
As the Head of BPA Business Development your role will be to work closely with the Bulk Annuity Director with the purpose of developing and creating new business as the company looks to grow their market share within the market.
What is this business looking for?
-Strong experience within bulk annuities/DB pension transactions/de-risking/pension risk transfer.
-Good knowledge of Life and pensions businesses.
-Strong commercial skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills and experience with stakeholder management.
