THE ROLE



BOXRAW is building the most authoritative brand in boxing -- premium product, elite performance, and culture-first storytelling. As Head of Brand, you own the creative direction and brand strategy that makes BOXRAW unmistakable across every touchpoint: product drops, campaigns, partnerships, PR, social, and IRL moments.

You'll work directly with the Founder/CEO and must be comfortable in a founder-led environment, build trust fast, and earn creative sign-off authority through taste, judgment, and consistency.

YOUR MANDATE



Raise the creative bar across the entire brand team and deliver world-class execution Build a repeatable GTM strategy that turns every product drop into a brand moment Codify and protect BOXRAW's voice, visual language, and authority in boxing -- while keeping the brand culturally alive and relevant. Turn partnerships, athletes, and community into earned-media moments and undeniable brand equity.

HOW YOU'LL WORK



You own: Brand strategy, creative direction, briefs, narrative, copy standards and final creative sign-off. Brand Producer owns: Project management, GTM calendars, resourcing, shoot logistics, call sheets, trafficking deliverables, meeting cadence. Together: you set the "what and why"; Producer drives the "how and when." You still hold the bar.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES



1) Brand Strategy & Positioning



Own the annual brand plan and seasonal narrative across Men's + Women's, aligned to commercial goals without losing cultural truth. Be the keeper of BOXRAW's brand platform: tone of voice, visual codes, product storytelling principles, and what we stand for. Champion the customer and the fighter: keep the brand rooted in boxing reality, not marketing theory. Track macro/culture trends in boxing + sport + streetwear and translate them into ideas that feel authentic to BOXRAW.

2) Creative Direction & Sign-Off



Set the creative bar and direct the team to meet it - concept to final output. Lead creative reviews with clarity and taste; give decisive feedback and move fast. Own brand copy end-to-end: write copy and set the standard across product pages, campaign lines, captions, scripts, emails and PR language. Every word must sound like BOXRAW. Build/maintain brand guidelines and systems that scale quality (copy, typography, layout, photo rules, motion principles, etc.).

3) GTM & Campaign Leadership



Own the campaign brief for every drop: message hierarchy, creative idea, hero assets, and channel outputs. Partner with Product, Digital, Partnerships and Commercial so launches land across all channels (organic, paid, email, web, retail, PR, IRL). Develop a centralised GTM approach that keeps storytelling consistent from teaser to post-launch. Run post-launch debriefs and lock learnings into the next cycle.

4) Production & Content Leadership



Own shoot and content conception: treatments, storyboards, casting/styling direction, talent briefing, key shot lists (Producer executes logistics). Be the senior brand lead on set: protect the brand, direct talent, push for the moment, ensure we get the assets we need. Own post-production direction: edits, grade, sound, pacing, captions, sequencing, signing off only when it's excellent. Own always-on content pillars and series thinking (YouTube/IG/TikTok), balancing culture, product, community, and authority.

5) Partnerships, PR & IRL Moments



Translate partnerships into credible brand storytelling (not just logo placements). Work with PR (internal or agency) to create earned media and culturally relevant moments. Lead the brand side of IRL activations (e.g. Sparring Club): concept, narrative, experience standards, capture strategy. Build relationships with athletes/creators and manage talent expectations to get world-class output.

6) Team Leadership



Line-manage the brand team; set standards, coach, develop talent. Address underperformance fast. Build a high-performance culture: clear expectations, fast feedback loops, zero ambiguity on quality. Recruit and manage freelancers/agencies where needed, ensuring consistent creative quality.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE



Creative quality: fewer revision cycles, clearer briefs, consistently premium output across photo/video/design/copy. Launch excellence: every major drop ships with a complete 360 asset pack on time, with a coherent story. Brand equity: sustained growth in organic engagement, share of voice/earned media moments, and community sentiment. Commercial impact: stronger launch-week conversion and retention signals (without compromising brand). Team: a motivated brand team that knows the bar, hits deadlines, and is proud of the work.

REQUIREMENTS



5+ years in brand/creative leadership (DTC apparel, sport/lifestyle, streetwear, or top creative agency). Proven experience owning 360 campaigns and multi-channel rollouts end-to-end. Strong portfolio demonstrating taste, storytelling, and craft (photo/video/design/copy). Excellent copy judgment (you can write, but more importantly, you can edit and direct writing). Strong on-set direction and post-production instincts. Comfortable partnering with a founder who is highly involved and decisive, you bring options and solutions, not excuses. Deep affinity for boxing culture (or combat sport), you understand what fighters respect and what they ignore.
