We're Foxy Locks, a luxury hair extension brand with a global customer base, and we're looking for someone to help shape our next chapter online. This is a full-time role based in our gorgeous HQ, where you'll be creating content, bringing our social media to life, and connecting with our community in fresh, exciting ways.

You'll play a key role in building our brand's personality online - creating content, engaging with our audience, working with influencers, and helping drive growth through exciting, relevant, and polished social media campaigns.

This is not a remote or hands-off role. You'll be working closely with our founder and team day-to-day, helping shape how our brand shows up online.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video and photo content (TikTok, Reels, stories, behind-the-scenes) Post daily on Instagram & TikTok, manage DMs/comments, and grow genuine engagement Source, liaise, and manage influencer/PR relationships and gifting Track trends, ideas, and opportunities to keep content fresh and relevant Write fun, on brand captions and support customer interactions Work with our internal team to align content with product launches, sales, and campaigns Provide basic reporting on content performance (views, engagement, reach, etc.) Support email marketing and campaign ideas (creative input only) with our marketing agency.

About You:

Based in Cornwall (this is an

role, travel or relocation not provided) Confident creating content with your phone (editing, shooting, trends) Comfortable being on camera or directing others to be Passionate about social media, beauty, and content Friendly, motivated, and full of ideas Strong writing and communication skills Bonus: experience with influencers, affiliate marketing, or brand content
