About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Head of Branding to lead and elevate our marketing and brand activity. This role requires an individual with outstanding attention to detail, impeccable written communication skills, and the confidence to work autonomously -- there is no layer of review above this position, so precision and accountability are essential.
This is an on-site position based in Bromley. While flexibility with start or finish times can be accommodated, this role is not remote or hybrid. An on-site presence is required as part of day-to-day leadership and collaboration.
A key aspect of this role is the need to rapidly acquire a strong understanding of our high-technology veterinary and medical ultrasound products and training services. There is a steep learning curve, and candidates must demonstrate the ability to absorb complex technical information and translate it into clear, accurate, and compelling brand-led communications for highly educated clinical and veterinary audiences.
We are interviewing in December, with hiring decision before January and start date as soon as you are ready in 2026.
Key Responsibilities
This role comprises three principal areas:
1. Management of Existing Brands
Oversee and manage all marketing and brand strategy across four established ultrasound equipment and training brands in the UK and US markets.
Lead campaign planning, content development, messaging consistency, and brand compliance across digital, print, and sales materials.
Manage a small team - we are a small business and have one technical person who can assist with website development, and one marketing person.
2. Rebrand
Oversee the rebranding of our existing global portfolios into one streamlined and distinctive brand.
3. New Brand/Product Launch
After 3 months with our company, you will lead and project-manage the branding and marketing of the launch of a new ultrasound software brand, including brand design and development, digital platforms, launch campaigns, and sales enablement materials. This is a startup and for the first year, at least, you will be the entire marketing department for this brand.

Essential Skills & Experience
Exceptionally high attention to detail - you will be the voice of our brands and, very often, people's first impression of our company.
Outstanding written English literacy including flawless spelling, grammar, and tone. Our marketing communicates to medical and veterinary professionals, and credibility depends on immaculate presentation.
Proven experience in branding, marketing management, or communications, ideally with exposure to sales-focused environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects such as rebrands or product launches from concept to delivery.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to handle multiple demanding initiatives concurrently.
Ability and willingness to master complex technical product detail and communicate it accurately and clearly.
Confidence with technology including navigating the backend of websites to add copy. WordPress experience a plus.
