Work with the Executive Team, Senior Managers and Function Heads to identify and drive cultural, behavioural and operational changes to support Asta's business model and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Identify operating model challenges, analyse and challenge proposed solutions, develop business cases and make recommendations to the Executive Team for improvements.
Lead the Business Change team. Ensure each member has clear goals, is delivering good quality work and making a positive contribution to Asta. Foster an inclusive and engaging working environment throughout Asta, providing opportunities for team members to use their strengths and develop their skills
Responsible for the design and effective operation of Asta's Change Management Framework, ensuring strategic projects have a clear supporting business case, are linked to strategy and appropriately governed.
Oversee delivery of strategic projects on time, to budget and realising benefits, reporting progress, risks and issues to committees and boards.
Use change management techniques to drive adoption.
Promote awareness of technology solutions and work with IT colleagues to gather business requirements, assess appropriateness for Asta and support implementation.
Foster a climate of operational excellence and innovation across the wider business. Encourage teams to create efficiencies and streamline existing processes.
Support the Operations Director with general Operations Department activities.

Key technical skills, knowledge and professional qualifications required
Minimum of 5 years experience in change management roles.
Experience of advising and participating at Executive level
Proven record of identifying, leading and delivering major strategic initiatives including operational change and cultural/behavioural change
Ability to conduct thorough analysis of change initiatives and present clear vision and business case for implementation
Excellent working knowledge of process improvement and change management tools and technique
