About the Role
As
Head of Business Development
, you'll play a central role in shaping and executing our sales strategy and fostering key relationships with our partner centres.
In this high-impact position, you will:
Lead and develop a focused and commercial Business Development function
Manage both the Business Development Manager and Customer Operations Manager, promoting a high-performance, customer-centric culture
Drive sales growth and upsell opportunities, while building on our excellent customer service reputation
Collaborate closely with the Product team to shape market-responsive product propositions
Ensure alignment and clear communication with our Compliance, Policy, and Quality teams to inform strategic decisions
Monitor and report on performance against growth targets, proactively managing risk and opportunity
Your strategic insight and hands-on approach will be essential in meeting our ambitious growth objectives and strengthening our market presence.
