You are a dynamic and driven professional with a proven track record in business development, ideally within the Health, Fitness, or Wellbeing sectors.


Your expertise lies in understanding the complexities of the training provider market and navigating the regulatory landscape of qualifications and assessments.


Your leadership style is collaborative and strategic, inspiring teams to perform at their best.


You are confident in setting ambitious sales targets and achieving them through insight, innovation, and market intelligence.


You excel at building strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering results.




About the Role


As

Head of Business Development

, you'll play a central role in shaping and executing our sales strategy and fostering key relationships with our partner centres.


In this high-impact position, you will:


Lead and develop a focused and commercial Business Development function Manage both the Business Development Manager and Customer Operations Manager, promoting a high-performance, customer-centric culture Drive sales growth and upsell opportunities, while building on our excellent customer service reputation Collaborate closely with the Product team to shape market-responsive product propositions Ensure alignment and clear communication with our Compliance, Policy, and Quality teams to inform strategic decisions Monitor and report on performance against growth targets, proactively managing risk and opportunity
Your strategic insight and hands-on approach will be essential in meeting our ambitious growth objectives and strengthening our market presence.
