About Hyperlayer:

Hyperlayer is a B2B product company, building a platform to revolutionise the world of payments. Hyperlayer transforms digital wallets into smart wallets that change the way people, and businesses, spend money. Wallets powered by Hyperlayer let consumers withdraw money from multiple accounts with a single tap, for a specific purpose.

Our platform enables capabilities such as connecting specific accounts with targeted brand spending, it gives merchants and customers access to cutting-edge rewards, and since spending is social, Hyperlayer supports group saving, sharing and spending. All in one platform.

Hyperlayer is working with large retailers and financial institutions. Our product introduces innovation to these industries to create solutions: helping consumers, families, and groups improve their financial wellbeing by making their money go further.

About the role:

We are looking for a Head of Business Operations to lead our Business Operations team. This is a high-impact role where you'll play a central part in supporting our sales and back office functions across multiple product lines and global regions.

You'll manage and grow the Business Operations team (Associates and Senior Associates) while being a hands-on leader who ensures we deliver outstanding commercial support.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and scale the Business Operations team - managing, coaching, and developing Associates and Senior Associates. Partner closely with the sales team across different product lines to deliver high-quality sales materials, client-specific decks, and research that give us an edge in pitches and workshops. Own and scale the sales collateral function - ensure all materials (presentations, one-pagers, research, mock-ups) are high quality, consistent, and up to date. Build and manage a central knowledge hub (SharePoint/other platform) where sales teams can easily access, search, and use the right materials. Oversee strategic projects for leadership, including investor communications, cross-market analysis, and operational improvements. Ensure global alignment - adapting sales support to the nuances of North America, Asia Pacific, UK, and EU markets. Contribute to client engagement - joining key meetings and workshops to understand client needs firsthand. Foster a data-driven culture - using metrics and insights to improve how we sell, operate, and grow. Work with tools like Hubspot, Figma, SharePoint, and PowerPoint, while driving adoption of best practices and new tools as needed.

You should apply if you have:

Proven experience in business operations, sales enablement, or commercial strategy, ideally in fintech or financial services. Several years of experience in a top-tier consulting environment (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar), with a track record of delivering structured, high-quality outputs under pressure Demonstrated ability to own and scale sales enablement processes, not just support them. Experience managing and mentoring teams, with a track record of building high-performing operations functions. Deep understanding of the finance, banking, and rewards landscape, especially across North America, Asia Pacific, UK, and EU. Proficiency with Hubspot, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and ideally Figma. A data-driven approach to tracking performance and optimising resources. Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for clients, partners, and investors. A balance of strategic ownership and hands-on delivery - comfortable both setting direction and rolling up your sleeves.
