Role Overview



We are seeking a strategically minded and delivery-focused

Head of Business Systems and Digital Transformation

to define and lead the company's core technology-enabled strategic initiatives. This includes the successful implementation (for some sites) and improvement (for sites where it is already in place) of our

ERP systems (Monitor)

and

CRM platform (Dynamics 365)

, as well as broader digitalisation of internal business processes, systems optimisation, and data governance improvements.

This is a senior-level role reporting directly to the Group CEO and/or local Managing Director and operating in a matrix structure across all Business units. The successful candidate will shape our digital transformation roadmap, drive strategic initiatives, manage external vendors, and champion efficient, scalable, and user-centred system adoption.

Key Responsibilities



Strategic Digital Leadership



Develop and execute the company's digital transformation strategy in alignment with business objectives Identify and implement innovative technologies to streamline operations, support scalability, and unlock new business value

ERP and CRM Programme Ownership (Monitor & Dynamics 365)



Lead the delivery of ERP and CRM implementation programmes with responsibility for timeline, budget, scope, and resource planning Manage external delivery partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption Drive cross-departmental process mapping and system alignment, balancing different functional priorities Ensure business readiness, training, and continuous improvement post-implementation

Business Process & Data Management



Evaluate, document, and improve internal business processes across all business groups and functions Oversee company-wide data strategy including accuracy, security, governance, and reporting Champion process standardisation and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce risk

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement



Work closely with business units and their departments to ensure systems meet business needs Chair and report into the digital steering group for major project milestones, decisions, and escalations Act as the business-IT bridge and internal advocate for digital transformation

Technology and Vendor Oversight



Oversee relationships with technology vendors, ensuring contractual performance and value delivery Coordinate system upgrades, cloud transitions, integrations, and performance monitoring Collaborate with IT infrastructure leads for continuity, disaster recovery, and security standards

Key Requirements



Education & Experience



Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Systems, Engineering, or related field 5-10 years' experience in digital transformation, ERP/CRM implementation, or IT systems leadership Strong Commercial acumen and understanding of commercial targets and processes Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional change programmes with business outcomes

Skills & Attributes



Excellent leadership and stakeholder management in matrix environments Strong project governance and change management capability Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems (Monitor and Dynamics advantageous) Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution Comfortable managing cultural differences and expectation gaps across business units
