Park Homes UK Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic

Head of Clinical Governance / Lead Nurse

to join our Governance & Quality Improvement team. This pivotal role is ideal for a senior nursing professional passionate about

across our care homes.

You will take a lead role in

clinical governance

,

nurse preceptorship

, and

training

, working closely with operational and nursing teams to ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and safety across our homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of robust

clinical governance frameworks

across the company. Drive

continuous improvement

in clinical quality, safety, and outcomes. Oversee

nurse preceptorship programmes

, mentoring and supporting nursing staff. Ensure policies and procedures reflect current

evidence-based practice

and regulatory standards. Conduct audits, identify areas for improvement, and support teams to implement best practice. Collaborate with Governance & Quality Improvement and operational teams to maintain regulatory compliance. Support Home Managers and nursing teams to deliver

consistent, high-quality care

.

About You:

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active

NMC PIN

. Strong experience in

clinical leadership

,

governance

, or

quality assurance

within care homes or healthcare settings. Confident in mentoring and developing nursing teams and leading quality improvement initiatives. Proactive, organised, and passionate about driving high standards of care. Able to travel between homes and dedicate

minimum 3 days per week on-site

.
