How you\xe2\x80\x99ll make a difference

The Head of Cloud Operations plays a critical role in the definition and realisation of operational excellence across all TSB cloud platforms and service providers. Leveraging experience in operations and awareness of cloud technology and modern operations tooling, processes, and best practice.

Managing the engineering and operation of the TSBDM cloud infrastructure and operations, you will ensure the availability, performance, and security of cloud-based systems and services, enabling us to leverage the full potential of cloud technologies.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring

Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with a passion for driving change and promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Proficient in managing cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Experience with cloud services like compute, storage, databases, networking, and security.

Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Terraform).

Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).

In-depth knowledge of cloud security best practices, identity management, and encryption.

Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2,PCI DSS).

Proficiency with monitoring and management tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or Dynatrace ServiceNow.

Experience with log aggregation and analysis platforms (e.g., ELK stack).

Strong understanding of networking concepts, including VPCs, subnets, routing, and VPNs.

Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMWare, Hyper-V).
