strategy and execution
of our commercial roadmap. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and unlocking new markets and revenue models - with a focus on

Key Responsibilities
Develop & Deliver Commercial Strategy
Shape and implement forward-looking commercial plans to drive sustainable business growth.
Align strategy with market demand, innovation pipelines, and long-term company goals.
Drive Market Expansion & Innovation
Identify and evaluate new business models, sectors, and geographies.
Lead high-impact initiatives like licensing, partnerships, and global scaling.
Build Strategic Partnerships
Act as the lead commercial contact for major clients, industry partners, and collaborators.
Create long-term, high-value relationships that grow our impact and market share.
Optimise Commercial Performance
Develop pricing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market plans.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to guide decisions.
Collaborate Across the Business
Work closely with senior leadership, operations, innovation, and sustainability teams.
Bridge the gap between strategy, delivery, and customer value.
What We're Looking For
5+ years in a senior commercial, strategy, or business development role.
Experience in
sustainability, FMCG, packaging,
or
B2B sectors
.
Proven ability to drive
market growth, commercial partnerships
, and business model innovation.
Strong commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Confident communicator, strategic thinker, and collaborative leader.
